The European project TWINNEDbySTARS takes another step forward in consolidating its international collaboration network. From Martinique, Mónica Quesada Peña, representative of the Canary Islands Maritime Cluster, held a meeting with Emmanuel Lise, President of the Cluster Maritime Martinique, and Guylène Martial, representative of the Collectivité Territoriale de Martinique (CTM).
The meeting aimed to reinforce cooperation among outermost regions and explore new opportunities for collaboration within the framework of the TWINNEDbySTARS project, which promotes the development of innovative and sustainable tourism products linked to the sea and the blue economy.
This meeting represents a significant step forward in creating synergies among the participating regions, facilitating the exchange of knowledge and experiences that contribute to the joint growth of the tourism and maritime sectors.
TWINNEDbySTARS, under the motto “Unleashing the potential of innovation, circularity and digitalisation to boost the new marine ecotourism, joint practices and businesses in the ORs”, is a European collaborative project co-funded by the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (EMFAF) at 85%.
