Trainings

The TWINNEDbySTARS training sessions are developed using an adapted version of the Design Thinking methodology, defined by Tim Brown (IDEO, 2009) as “a human-centered approach to innovation that integrates the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success.”

This practical and creative approach allows for the design of solutions that address real human needs. Through its five iterative stages —empathise, define, ideate, prototype, and test— participating tourism businesses have been able to generate ideas, collaborate in identifying the main challenges facing the nautical sector, and lead the design of tailored training programmes.

The goal: to prepare for a more competitive, digital, and sustainable future.
