Results of the co-creation workshops
The TWINNEDbySTARS cycle of co-creation workshops has come to an end with the last meeting in Faial (Azores), completing a series of events that took place in the four outermost regions: Canary Islands, Azores, Madeira and Martinique. These workshops have been instrumental in generating synergies between local businesses and promoting the design of novel multi-destination tourism products.
Among the proposed products is the Atlantic Starlight Adventures, an immersive concept that would blend navigation and astronomy, offering visitors a journey into local maritime history while teaching traditional star-based navigation techniques. Another key initiative under development is the Atlantic On-board Internships, which aims to provide students, researchers, professionals and enthusiasts with hands-on experience in sailing and whale watching, fostering research skills and facilitating full immersion in an organizational culture of high social and environmental responsibility. Additionally, being multi-destination products, the participating companies will see the cooperation and internationalisation capacities reinforced within the Atlantic Region.

Results of the voting of the products
An online voting system was activated, which saw the participation of key stakeholders from the Canary Islands, Azores, Madeira and Martinique. These regions where were these tourism products were designed. Stakeholders' evaluation of the two product proposals was carried through a survey, and using different criteria: Market and Innovation potential, Climate change action, Digitalisation and Social Responsibility. Both products received good acceptance and very close average scores. This has led to a decision of selecting both products as ideal, and to move forward launching them into the real market. The design of a brand image, commercial agreements between firms, price definition, market research, web design and advertising and much more.
